At Compass Production Partners, our goal is to provide accurate answers to all owner inquiries in the most timely and efficient manner possible. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my royalty check?
–Checks are issued on the 25th of the month unless that date falls on a holiday or weekend. If that’s the case, then checks will be issued the next business day following the holiday/weekend.
Why haven’t I received my check?
–Compass has a minimum payment policy of $100. Once your account accrues $100, a check will be issued on the next month’s payment cycle.
How can I sign up for direct deposit?
–You will need to complete and return the Direct Deposit Enrollment Form listed in the Forms section above. Please allow one payment cycle for the change to take effect.
How can I update my mailing address?
–You will need to complete and return the Change of Address Form listed in the Forms section above. Compass will only accept address changes in written form. Please also be sure to include the last four digits of the owner’s SSN/Tax ID.
